Week # 15 Joseph clickschool primary
Bible: Read Matthew 1:18-25 & chapter 2

Verse of the Week: Matthew 1:24
When Joseph woke up, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded and took Mary as his wife.

Discuss the Reading & the Verse:
What kind of man is Joseph?
Joseph was NOT planning on marrying Mary, so why did he?
How many times did he obey the Lord?
What was the result of Joseph’s obedience to God?

Handwriting: Use the Verse to practice cursive or printing this week.

Spelling: woke, angel, command, wife, husband
Practice writing these words & writing sentences for each one. Quiz yourself on Friday.

Grammar: Dependent & Independent Clauses. Sometimes clauses are called phrases. The verse of the week has two phrases separated by a comma. One phrase is a complete sentence, the other phrase is not a complete sentence and is depending on the complete sentence for it to make sense.
