Rinse & Repeat
Matthew 6:33
Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
Seek. Live. Receive.
Seek...
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:13)
For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. (Matthew 7:8)
Live...
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. (Romans 12:2)
For to me, living means living for Christ... (Philippians 1:21)
Receive...
When you pray, don’t babble on and on as the Gentiles do. They think their prayers are answered merely by repeating their words again and again. Don’t be like them, for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him! (Matthew 6:7-8)
So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him. (Luke 11:13)
Rinse & Repeat... (as in do it over and over again!)
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)
Dear God,
I am so glad you provide everything I need for today, not only spiritually but also always physically too. Thank you for knowing what I need before I even ask for it and for never withholding a single good thing from me. I love you so much and thank you in Jesus name, amen.
